With so much happening in the world, it’s no surprise many adults struggle with sleep. Like any problem, our instinct is often to treat it like a problem to fix - trying tips, tricks, and quick solutions. But sleep doesn’t respond well to that kind of problem-solving approach. In fact, the more we wrestle with it, the harder it can become.

Much of the advice online doesn’t help sleep, which is where Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) offers something different. For years, experts have applied ACT to sleep difficulties, helping people untangle the struggle with sleep and return sleep to what it should be: natural, effortless, and simple. That’s why our team created this online course - to share a practical, accessible way of working with sleep that actually makes sense.

If you feel you need more tailored support, such as one-to-one help, we wholeheartedly encourage that.
