I struggled with awful sleep for years, trying "everything" I could find - nothing worked in the long run. Then I discovered Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and it was a game changer for my sleep.

ACT isn’t a magic fix for sleep (spoiler: nothing is), but it can make a real difference. I knew there were brilliant professionals trained in using ACT for sleep, so I thought - why not bring their expertise together in an accessible, meaningful course?

Personal therapy will always have its place, but for many people, getting expert guidance via this course could be enough to turn things around.

P.S. Why 'Sluzzle'?

It began as “sleep shouldn’t be a puzzle”, but really it’s just a playful, silly name. Our course is partly about easing the pressure, anxiety, worry and frustration around sleep, so choosing something playful felt right - a reminder not to take it all too seriously (just like Swallow treats life - except playing fetch, which is very serious).
